How to Apply?
- 1. Quotations are invited from the reputed travel agents, on the approved list of PIA / IATA with established business at Rawalpindi / Islamabad for provision of air passage booking on credit basis for inland/ abroad travel and related services such as provision of foreign exchange, assistance in visa endorsement, issuance of tickets, changing / reconfirmation and cancellation of tickets without charges.
- 2. The travel agency should have potential and credibility in following areas: - a. IATA registered with valid IATA number.
- b. Effective linkage with Amadeus System having direct access with reputable airlines, hotels etc, worldwide.
- c. Connected with GDS (Global Distribution System) CDN (Consolidated Data Network) and capable of providing relevant facilities to the clients. d. 2-3 year experience in working with Govt. Organizations.
- e. Security wise cleared.
- f. Due to austerity measures, offer cheapest air tickets for travelling inland/abroad.
- 3. Quotations should reach to the undersigned up to 30th May 2024 in
- duplicate in sealed envelope. The undersigned would have the right to reject the offers without assigning any reason. Moreover, offers received after deadline will not be entertained.
