Qualifications
a) Member of an organized body of professional accountants with at least five years relevant experience; OR b) Master's degree in finance related disciplines from an HEC recognized university with at least ten years relevant experience; OR c) Fellow or Associate member of the Casualty Actuarial Society or the Institute of Actuaries in England or Society of Actuaries in the United States of America with at least five years of managerial experience in audit, accounting, or financial/corporate affairs functions of an insurer
Experience
Minimum 5 years relevant experience (for professional accountants) or 10 years relevant experience (for master's degree holders) or 5 years managerial experience (for actuarial society members). Preferred: knowledge of IFRS 17 implementation, experience as key officer in insurance industry, experience as CFO in insurance company/public sector/SOE, knowledge of public procurement and PPRA Rules/Regulations, exposure to ERP environment.
