Qualifications
Minimum 16 years of education (Master's degree or equivalent) in Data Science / Statistics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Economics / Engineering / Business Analytics or a related discipline. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience in data analysis / research or business intelligence are also encouraged to apply. Degree(s) must be from a HEC-recognized national or international university/institution.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in data analysis / business intelligence / research / performance monitoring / industry analytics or a related field. Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio or equivalent. Working knowledge of SQL and/or advanced spreadsheet-based analysis. Experience in data collection frameworks / survey tools / dataset management / performance indicators / management reporting systems. Working knowledge of data cleaning / validation / quality assurance practices across data sources. Ability to convert data into dashboards / reports / presentations for management and decision-makers. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
