Career Opportunities: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB)
The PSEB, an autonomous body under the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, is seeking to hire a qualified professional on a Contract Basis.
Position: Manager Coordination International IT Workforce Development
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years
- Qualification:
- Minimum 16 years of education in ICT, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, International Relations, Project Management, Social Sciences, Humanities, Public Policy, or Management Sciences.
- Candidates with a Master’s degree in Project Management or equivalent will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 08 years of professional experience in managing national/international programs, skills development, or digital transformation projects, with expertise in:
- Program Management: Managing multi-stakeholder projects under government or donor-funded frameworks.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Designing KPI frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
- Policy & Documentation: Preparation of PC-I, NIS, RFPs, and project proposals.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Engagement with federal/provincial governments, academia, and international partners.
- Preferences: Candidates with public sector experience or exposure to international workforce mobility and placement programs.
