Position
How to Apply?
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a sixteen (16) years degree in Computer Science/
- Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related
- field from a HEC recognized institution.
- • Inclusion in the databank of independent directors: Candidates must be listed in the
- databank of independent directors notified by the SECP under section 166 of the
- Companies Act, 2017.
- Professional Experience: At least 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role,
- preferably in the IT/ITES sector, public sector, or a multinational organization.
- • Governance Experience: Candidate must possess at least three (03) years prior experience of
- serving on the board of directors of a public or private sector organizations.
- Fit and Proper Criteria: Candidates must meet the fit and proper criteria in accordance with
- Section 16 and Schedule IV of the SOEs, Act, 2023.
- Gender representation: PSEB is committed to ensure gender representation and balance in the
- age of directors to the board. Persons below the age of forty (40) and women meeting the criteria
- are encouraged to apply.
- Age limit: The age should be between 35-70 years on the date of closure of applications.
