Qualifications

Retired Major/Captain or equivalent from Armed Forces with 25 years of commissioned service, preferably with experience of Adjutant of a Cadet College for training, discipline, administration, security, staff duties and management of the Institution.

Experience

Preference will be given to those having experience in maintaining discipline and orderly conduct among cadets; supervising cadet routine, parade, physical training and related activities; assisting in the overall administration and security of the college; supervising house/dormitory affairs and ensuring proper welfare of cadets; coordinating training, sports, co-curricular and ceremonial activities; performing any other duties assigned by the C.E.O.

Pay Scale
