JOB SPECIFICATION:Qualification: At least 16 years of degree in Marketing/Business Management.Experience: At least 15 years' of relevant experience in the media industry.
Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenuegrowth.
Expertise in broadcast and digital media, including advertising, content monetization, andpartnerships.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverseteams.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Competencies: Strategic Vision and Leadership, Business Acumen and Financial Savvy.
Results Oriented and Revenue-Driven, Stakeholder Management and Relationship Building, Innovationand Market Awareness Age limit: 50 to 55 years as on closing date of advertisement.
