CAREER OPPORTUNITY AS DIRECTOR GENERAL (HOUSING) / PD WAPDA HOUSING SCHEME
Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) is looking for an individual having dynamic personality with ability / capacity to launch Housing Scheme of WAPDA Employees.
TENURE
The appointment will be on contract basis initially for one year (extendable subject to satisfactory performance) upto maximum 03 years or upto the age of 65 years whichever is earlier.
PAY PACKAGE
Salary will be lumpsum (negotiable based on experience) alongwith perquisites as per policy of PWF.
QUALIFICATION (Civil Engineering) or MSc.
AGE/ELIGIBILITY
Maximum 62 years
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years in Govt. Housing / Semi Govt. Armed Forces, DHA and similar Housing Society
Planning and Development of a Housing Project
Procurement of land and hiring of consultants
Overseeing project schedules which include sequence of all construction activities and to work most pertinently related to welfare
Contract performance for bid, budget, forecast and land acquisition
Prudent decision making
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Awareness about PPRA Rules
Result oriented, highly organized and motivated
Excellent analytical, writing, communication, technical and interpersonal skills
Relevant experience in consideration of job requirement
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Evolving strategies and plans for proper development of the Housing Society
Exercising administrative and financial powers being Project Director of the Housing Society for implementing decisions of the Board of Directors.
Overseeing routine quality audit to ensure that work is progressing as per specifications and initiate corrective action.
Developing all polices and procedure specially related to JV of a Housing Project.
Achieving objectives set by the Board of Directors of PWF.
Any other task assigned by the Board of Directors of PWF regarding Housing Society.
