Basic Terms and Conditions for Applicants:
- The Legal Advisor will be obligated to represent PHA Gujranwala in various courts (District Courts, High Courts, etc.) and other forums. They will also be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to the organization in matters related to other departments such as FBR and PRA without additional compensation. They may also be required to provide legal opinions on office matters as needed within this remuneration.
- The competent authority reserves the right to reduce the proposed monthly remuneration and the applicant can also submit their offer by mentioning less remuneration in the application.
- If the Legal Advisor is required to appear in courts outside of Gujranwala, they will be compensated according to the standard TA/DA rates (scale 18).
- This appointment is purely part-time for one year, which may be extended on a part-time basis based on satisfactory performance. However, PHA Gujranwala reserves the right to terminate the services of the Legal Advisor by giving one month's notice or paying one month's salary.
- Applicants must attach a personal and detailed list of cases in which they have appeared or have been decided in the last five years in their capacity as an advocate, along with the nature of the case, duly attested by the relevant court authorities.
