TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(1) Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect or at any stage of the recruitment process, will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority. (2) All the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA's website (www.etea.edu.pk) and before applying, deposit fee for a post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat form from ETEA's site and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification and CNIC No. on E-Sahulat form, candidates will not be allowed to appear in the short listed candidates only. (4) Screening of candidates will be based on a test to be presented and conducted by ETEA. (5) Candidates should be eligible in all respects till or by the date of receipt of the applications. (6) Application received after due date will not be entertained and applications or applications filed with incomplete documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process. (7) Relaxation in age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules. (8) The candidates working in Government or Semi-Government bodies shall apply through proper channel. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee. (9) Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies without mentioning a reason thereof. (10) No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview. (11) In case of foreign degree, experience, certificates, equivalence certificates are required to be provided by the candidates. (12) Candidates for DPS-17 posts and 50% marks for BPS-16 & below shall be eligible for shortlisting. (13) Recruitment shall be carried out as prescribed under FDA. Employees will be appointed in accordance with the following criteria: Appointment and Terms and Conditions of Service Rules, 2024.
a. Prescribed qualification: 60 marks
b. Higher qualification: 10 marks
c. Experience: 10 marks
d. Interview: 20 marks
Total 100 marks
