Applications are invited from candidates who are permanent residents and hold a domicile of District Swabi for the following temporary posts in the District Judiciary Swabi. The last date for submission of applications is thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

Terms and Conditions

Application forms can be obtained from the Office of the District Clerk of Court, Judicial Complex, Shahmansoor, Swabi, or downloaded from the website: www.dsjswabi.gov.pk.
Candidates must include their full name, father's name, date of birth, residential address, CNIC number, mobile number, and educational qualifications in the application.
Attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and two recent passport-sized photographs must be attached and submitted via registered mail or in person during office hours.
Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
Salary and other allowances will be as per the prevailing government rules.
The age limit will be calculated as of the last date of application submission; however, upper age relaxation may be granted according to government rules.
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Government or semi-government employees must apply through their respective departments.
Lists of eligible candidates will be displayed on the office notice board and uploaded to the official website.
No TA/DA will be provided for the interview, and no separate call letters will be issued.
The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of posts.
10% of posts are reserved for women as per directives.
Late applications will not be entertained.
Legal action will be taken against candidates providing false or forged documents.
For posts at serial numbers 1 and 2, candidates must be registered with the Employment Exchange (Government Technical College, Shahmansoor); otherwise, the application will not be considered.
The number of posts mentioned above can be increased or decreased.
All recruitments will be subject to approval/NOC from the Peshawar High Court.
