Position
- Consultant (Legal)
- Organization: Hydrocarbon Development Institute of Pakistan (HDIP), Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division)
- Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
- Type: Contract-based for one year, extendable
- Responsibilities: Handling court cases (from Civil Courts to Supreme Court), providing legal opinions, and vetting documents.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B/LL.M in Corporate Law from a recognized university.
- Minimum 25 years of experience as an advocate, including 15 years as an advocate of the Supreme Court.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate affairs, service matters, civil and taxation matters, and regulatory laws related to the Petroleum/Oil & Gas sector.
- Experience as a Legal Advisor/Consultant with government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies is preferred.
- Maximum age limit: 68 years (on the closing date).
