Qualifications
PhD or Master's in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or any other relevant field. At least 15 years of post-qualification professional work experience. Minimum 05 years of leadership experience of an organization or department/section. Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in PPP, donor or project finance. Comprehensive understanding of the theory and practice of public private partnerships and related best practices. Familiarity with the Balochistan PPP framework will be an added advantage. Experience of professional work with donor agencies or major private firms will be an added advantage. Demonstrated leadership qualities, effective interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a multicultural team environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. An understanding of the social, cultural, political, and institutional environment of Balochistan will be an added strength.
