Positions

Qualifications

BS (Honours) in Engineering and/or Master in Economics, Business/Public Administration (MBA/MPA), Project Management (MPM), Public Health (MPH), Public Policy (MPP) and other relevant field from HEC recognized institutions. Professional certification may be given additional preference.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the planning, implementation, supervision, and management of water supply or other infrastructure development projects. Proven leadership, coordination, and team management skills. Familiarity with Government of Balochistan's procurement rules and financial management preferred. Valid registration with Pakistan's Engineering Council (PEC). Experience in execution, implementation and operationalization of water treatment plants.
