Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a relevant field with a national/international or public sector organization.
2	Office Assistant	07	Peshawar, D.I Khan, Mansehra, Chitral & Swat	26-45	Minimum 16 years of education from a HEC-recognized University. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience at a similar level in a public sector organization or public sector development projects. Excellent project reporting skills and proficiency in written and spoken English and MS Office.
3	M&E Assistant	02	Peshawar	26-45	Minimum 16 years of education from a HEC-recognized University. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience at a similar level in a public sector organization or public sector development projects. Excellent project reporting skills and proficiency in written and spoken English and MS Office.

Terms and Conditions

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test, but detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority, and any ineligible candidate will be disqualified.
All candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website, and before applying and depositing the fee, they must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk).
Only eligible candidates fulfilling the criteria will be shortlisted for interviews, strictly following the Project Policy 2022 and donor guidelines.
Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications.
Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
Government/Semi-Government employees should apply through the proper channels.
Candidates applying for multiple posts must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any application, providing grounds for rejection.
All positions are purely contractual with one-year renewable contracts based on satisfactory performance.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
Foreign degree holders must provide equivalent certificates from HEC.
Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply

Interested candidates should apply online through the ETEA website.
After successful online application submission, a prescribed online deposit slip will be generated.
Take a printout of the deposit slip and deposit the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa app or agent, Jazz Cash app, or any branch of UBL Bank via UBL OMNI agent.
Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank's stamp after fee submission.
After applying online, do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies of testimonials/documents will be provided by the candidates who qualify for the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
The online application form is available on the ETEA website from 21 February 2025 to 10 March 2025.
Candidates can download and print their Roll No. Slips from the ETEA website.
Candidates are directed to give correct portable mobile numbers. Test date, time & venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip. No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
