BE/BS (Hons) Civil Engineering (PEC-registered), Project Construction Management and Design, Masters in Project Management, Public Administration, Public policy with at least 10 years' post qualification experience in project management and implementation with reasonable experience of implementing foreign funded programs/projects. |
