Application Procedure and Rules
- After creating your profile on the ETEA website and before paying the fee, print the NADRA e-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and go to any e-Sahulat franchise (kiosk) with your original ID card to verify your ID card number. Without this verification, you will not be able to apply for any vacancy (verified profiles do not need re-verification).
- After profile verification, print the deposit slip from the ETEA website to pay the fee and deposit Rs. 900 (examination fee, non-refundable) at any U-Paisa, Jazz-Cash, Easy Paisa agent, or NADRA e-Sahulat center, for which you will receive an SMS confirmation via U-Paisa, Jazz-Cash, Easy Paisa on your mobile phone. The examination fee can also be collected from your mobile phone. Keep the original deposit slip safe because without the deposit slip and roll number slip, you will not be allowed to sit in the examination.
- Do not bother sending any educational documents/certificates to the ETEA office. ETEA will contact you itself if needed.
- All information related to the merit list and roll number will be given via SMS, Facebook/Social Media, ETEA website, and IVR call (automatic telephone call number 1085).
- No information will be sent to any candidate by post.
- If your network has been changed or promotional messages are blocked on your mobile, you may have difficulty receiving SMS from ETEA. Therefore, enter a mobile number whose network has not been changed. Also, if your mobile is continuously switched off for three (03) hours or you are out of network range for three (03) continuous hours and an SMS was sent to you by ETEA during this time, that SMS will automatically expire after remaining in network range for three (03) hours. This means in such a situation you will not receive the SMS.
- Quality check of all successful candidates in the examination stages will be at specific examination centers, where the original educational and other documents of the candidates will be checked, biometric verification and physical measurement will be done for the last time.
- Individuals who are ineligible in the quality check can appear before the GRC Committee at the ETEA Head Office Peshawar.
- In case of absence from the quality check or GRC Committee, the candidate's name will not be included in the final merit list.
