Terms and conditions for these appointments include:

Appointments are purely on a contract basis as per the Contract Policy 2006 of the Government of AJK for an initial period of 3 years, which may be extended.
The number of posts may be increased or decreased according to requirements.
Selected candidates must abide by the rules and regulations of PM&DC and the institution.
All vacancies will be filled purely on merit.
The contract can be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice or payment of one month's salary in lieu thereof.
Monthly salary is subject to tax deduction as per law.
Age limit is as per Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC) Rules/Policy.
Other matters not specified in the contract will be governed by the rules and regulations of the AJ&K Government.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, and no TA/DA will be provided.
Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
Candidates must bring all original documents at the time of the interview.
Preference will be given to state subjects.
A separate application with complete documents should be submitted for each vacancy, with the envelope marked accordingly.

Applicants from DoH or those working in teaching hospitals of the medical college must process their applications through the proper channel with all required documents and will be considered after the approval of the Secretary Health, Government of AJ&K. Selected DoH employees will draw their salary against their respective/substantive post of DoH but may be considered for teaching allowance as per budgetary provision/policy/approval of GoAJK.
