OB OPPORTUNITIES

Project Director, ADP Scheme “Establishment of Regional Training Institute (RTI) in South Khyber Pakhtunkhwa” Population Welfare Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites online applications from eligible bonafide candidates/residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts for filling the following posts purely on contractual basis till project life according to the Project Implementation Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 2022, under ADP Scheme “Establishment of Regional Training Institute in South Khyber Pakhtunkhwa”. Candidates must possess the minimum required qualifications and age as noted against each post.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
2. All the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sabulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sabulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
3. The candidate must possess domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts.
4. Screening of candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.
5. Appointment will be purely on contract basis till completion of project, as per project policy.
6. The posts are project posts and will stand abolished automatically on completion of the project.
7. Lump sum fix pay package will be offered as per Government Project Policy.
8. Interview calls letter will be issued to short listed candidates only.
9. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
10. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
11. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
12. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
13. Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all the relevant documents shall be produced at the time of Interview.
14. Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies.
15. Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application without assigning any reason.
16. Unclaimed qualification will not be accepted.
17. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
18. In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
19. Application of all those candidates who do not give correct information while filling the online application form, will not only rejected, but would be proceeded against and strict action shall be taken against them.
20. Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to correction.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Interested candidates may first visit and apply for the posts online.
2. After successful submission of online application a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates personal information) will be generated.
3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa app or Agent anywhere across the Pakistan on UBL Omni and Jazz Cash App.
4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank stamped slip with yourself for some time for future reference.
5. After on line apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test to the ETEA office when ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
6. Availability of Online Application Form on  on 15.10.2025.
7. Last date for submission of online application is 30.10.2025.
8. To download and print Roll No. Slips from , Candidates are directed to provide ported/converted mobile number.
9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
10. No separate Call Letter will be issued for the test. The screening test through postal courier means.
