Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates having Master's degree in Transportation Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management. Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as a Professional Engineer. |

i. Minimum 20 years of overall professional experience, including at least 10 years of proven experience in execution and management of large-scale infrastructure development projects related to roads, bridges, flyovers, and interchanges. |

ii. Demonstrated expertise in contract administration (FIDIC/PEC Conditions of Contract), project planning, construction supervision and coordination with consultants and contractors. |

iii. Experience of working with government/ semi-government/autonomous bodies will be an added advantage. |
