1. District Manager (DM) – 06 Posts

• Education: BS-17/18 officer of CSS/BCS (BSS, Ex-BCS) cadres with 2 years of government service OR Masters in Social Science, Executive MBA, MSPH, MBBS (or equivalent) with 3 years of relevant experience.

• Preference: Candidates with medical backgrounds or experience in Project Management/Health Sector reforms.

• Age Limit: 23 – 50 Years.

2. Assistant Manager Finance (Head Office Quetta) – 01 Post

• Education: MBA (Finance), ACCA (Level-III), or CA (Inter) from a recognized university.

• Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in the finance field.

• Age Limit: 18 – 50 Years.

3. Vaccinator – 40 Posts (All Districts except Quetta)

• Education: Matriculation in Science.

• Requirement: Preference given to candidates with prior experience. For BHUs, candidates must be residents of the same catchment population.

• Age Limit: 18 – 50 Years.

4. Class IV Employee – 129 Posts (All Districts except Quetta)

• Education: Must be Literate.

• Requirement: Preference given to those with work experience. For BHUs, candidates must belong to the same catchment area.

• Age Limit: 18 – 50 Years.

Terms and Conditions

• Nature of Job: Purely temporary/contractual for one year, extendable based on performance reports.

• Domicile: Applicants holding a local domicile of Balochistan will be given preference.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the written test and interview.

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.

• Verification: Candidature will be rejected if documents are found ineligible or fake during scrutiny.
