Procedure for Submission of Applications:
1. Candidate shall submit duly filled application along with all attested photo copies of their documents in the office of Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority Sheikhupurs, Lahore Sargodha Road, Near Chinaab Nursery, Sheikhupura
2. Incomplete applications or application received after due date or closing of office hours on the last date for submission of application will not be entertained.
3. Application completed in all respect should be submitted till 30.03.2024
4. Interviews will be conducted at (Zila Council Hall, Company Bhag Sheikhupura at 10:00 AM) for Sr.# 01 to 03 on 16.04.2024 and; Sr.404 to 06 on 17.04.2024
Hiring will be made purely or merit basis.
3. Regular Goverment/Semi Government employees should apply through proper

6 In case the selected. Candidate wished to resign, one-month notice in advance shall be required or in case of immediate resignation, an amount equal to one month pay shall have to be returned.
