Establishment of Program Management Unit

for Improvement/Rehabilitation of Water Supply & Sewerage System in 19-Tehsil Headquarters of Punjab

The Government of Punjab is granting schemes to shortlisted cities with approved after issues including Sewerage and Water Supply System. A Program Management Unit (PMU) is being established for managing the monitoring and implementation of these programs. Applications from individuals who meet the criteria are being sought for the following project-based positions. The project is specifically related to the 19-Tehsil headquarters of Punjab. The main objective of the Program is to promote public health, prevent water pollution, manage flooding problems, and improve the overall environment. These positions will be filled temporarily through the project's time frame. Candidates need to provide proof of their qualifications through HEC/ACCA/ICMA certifications and relevant experience certificates for the following important positions required for the PMU:

2. Planning Engineer (PPS-10) 01 Qualification: BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering preferably a Higher degree from HEC recognized university. Experience: Minimum 10 years' post qualification experience in relevant sector. Age: Maximum age limit is 62 years.
3. Procurement Engineer (PPS-10) 01 Qualification: BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering preferably a Higher degree from HEC recognized university. Experience: Minimum 10 years' post qualification experience in relevant sector. Age: Maximum age limit is 62 years.
4. Electrical Engineer (PPS-09) 01 Qualification: BSc (Hons) Electrical Engineering preferably a higher degree from HEC recognized university. Experience: Minimum 10 years' post qualification experience in relevant sector. Age: Maximum age limit is 62 years.
5. Technical assistant : (GIS/Computer) (PPS-07) 01 Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineers (DAE) from an institution recognized by the relevant government body/organization. Experience: Minimum 10 years' post qualification experience in relevant sector. Age: Maximum age limit is 62 years.
6. Regional Engineer (North & South) (PPS-10) 02 Qualification: BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering preferably a Higher degree from HEC recognized university. Experience: Minimum 10 years' post qualification experience in relevant sector. Age: Maximum age limit is 62 years.
7. Assistant Quantity Surveyor (North & South) (PPS-08) 02 Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineer in Civil / Architecture from an institution recognized by relevant government body/organization. Experience: Minimum 10 years' post qualification experience in relevant sector. Age: Maximum age limit is 62 years.
8. Quantity Surveyor (PPS-09) 01 Qualification: BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or equivalent degree recognized by Government of Punjab or Higher degree in Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum 10 years' post qualification experience in relevant sector. Age: Maximum age limit is 62 years.
9. Manager (Admin & Finance) (PPS-10) 01 Qualification: Master's degree in Accounting & Finance /Commerce/ Business Administration (ACCA/ACMA) from HEC recognized university. Experience: Minimum 10 years' post qualification experience in relevant sector. Age: Maximum age limit is 62 years.
10. Deputy Manager (Admin & Finance) (PPS-09) 01 Qualification: Master's degree in Accounting & Finance /Commerce/ MBA, ACCA/ACMA from HEC recognized university. Experience: Minimum 05 years' post qualification experience in relevant sector. Age: Maximum age limit is 62 years.
11. Manager (Audit) (PPS-09) 01 Qualification: Master's degree in Accounting/Audit, ACCA/ACMA/CA from HEC recognized university/institute, HEC recognized institution. Experience: Minimum 05 years' post qualification experience in relevant sector. Age: Maximum age limit is 62 years.

Experience: Minimum 15 years' post qualification experience in infrastructure and construction projects. Age: Maximum age limit is 62 years.
15. Manager (Contract) (PPS-10) 01 Qualification: BSc (Hons) degree or Higher degree in Engineering/ Business / Project Management or similar field recognized by HEC institution. Experience: Minimum 05 years' post qualification experience related to procurement and contract management. Age: Maximum age limit is 62 years.

20. Assistant Program Director (PPS-09) 01 Qualification: MSc Urban Planning/Geography preferably a higher degree from HEC recognized university. Experience: Minimum 05 years' post qualification experience with 02 years in project management. Age: Maximum age limit is 62 years.
21. Computer Operator (PPS-07) 03 Qualification: Intermediate (F.A/FSc/I.Com) or equivalent from HEC recognized institution. Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, InPage Urdu typing speed 40 WPM. Experience: Minimum 03 years' post qualification experience. Age: Maximum age limit is 62 years.

General Terms & Conditions

  • The compensation will be project-based lump sum salary packages commensurate with experience of the individual.
