At least seven (07) years of post-qualification experience in road infrastructure development, with a focus on planning, design, and construction. Experience in bridges, highways, and infrastructure-related projects. Strong technical expertise in road engineering, including knowledge of relevant standards, materials, and construction techniques. Proven experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of road infrastructure projects. |
Master's (Sixteen years of education) degree in Project management, Development studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
|
A minimum of seven (7) years of post-qualification professional experience in community-infrastructure/development projects, and experience dedicated to monitoring & evaluation. Proven ability to design and implement M&E plans, conduct baseline studies, mid-term reviews, and final evaluations. Ability to develop and implement M&E Framework. Understanding of the Result framework. Understanding of Remote Monitoring system, Management Information system, and data collection through Android-based Applications. Environmental Safeguards Specialist (01 Position)
|
Master's degree in environmental sciences or MS in Environmental Management/ Natural Resource Management/ Environmental Engineering.

A Minimum seven (07) years of professional post-qualification working experience in public/private organizations, preferably in the development sector. Knowledge of social safeguard policies, including environmental and social impact assessments, as required by national & international institutions, especially in the context of donor-funded infrastructure projects. Experience working in Balochistan or similar regions, with an understanding of the unique geographic and socio-economic challenges in infrastructure development. Social Safeguards Specialist (01 Position)
|
Master's / Bachelor's (Minimum sixteen years of Education) degree in Sociology, Rural Development, Social Sciences, or any other relevant field.

A Minimum of seven (07) years of post-qualification relevant working experience. Experience in community-driven development projects. Familiarity with international social safeguard policies, particularly in donor-funded projects. Demonstrated expertise in conducting gender analysis and developing gender-sensitive interventions based on international standards and best practices in gender equality.
