VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Director, Provincial Drug Testing Laboratory Balochistan, Quetta invites applications from eligible and qualified candidates for the appointment to (11) different positions of (BPS-01 to BPS-17) based at Provincial Drug Testing Laboratory Quetta Balochistan, on purely Contract basis initially for a period of 01 year extendable on satisfactory incumbents performance or appointment of regular through Balochistan Public Service, Commission or others.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Pharm-D, at least Second Division, from a university recognized by the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan, and registered in Register "A" of the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan
Experience: Relevant experience in drug testing in a well-reputed pharmaceutical industry or Drug Testing Laboratory (public or private sector). Candidates with proven expertise in advanced quality control techniques and regulatory standards will be given strong preference.
Qualification: Higher Secondary School Certificate from a recognized Board, having one-year Diploma in Computer Science or IT, from a recognized Institute. ICS from a recognized Institute/Board and typing skill on computer with a speed of at least 30 words per minute in English and Urdu,
Qualification: B.Sc. or an equivalent qualification with Chemistry as one of the subject from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience: Relevant experience as an Analytical Assistant in a qualified Drug Testing or Quality Control laboratory within a reputable local or multinational pharmaceutical industry, or a govemment or semi-govemment laboratory
Qualification: Matriculation with Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Board.
Experience: Relevant experience as a Lab Assistant in a qualified Drug Testing or Quality Control laboratory within a reputable local or multinational pharmaceutical industry, or a government or semi-government laboratory

Terms and Conditions: Age limits will be in accordance with the Government of Balochistan's current policy. The appointment will be made on merit basis however, preference will be given to the local/domicile candidate from Balochistan province. Candidates shall not be regularized under any circumstances, however, their contractual tenure may be extended based on a satisfactory performance certificate issued by the concerned Supervisor. Candidates will be entitled to receive pay in the respective basic scale, along with applicable allowances. Government, semi-government, and autonomous. organization employees must apply through the proper channel with a NOC from their employer/parent department. These Vacancies are post specific and non-transferable. The Competent authority may cancel the complete recruitment process or may increase or decrease the number of positions at any stage during or after the process. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview. Selection will be strictly on merit based on the recommendations of the Selection Committee. Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification, Candidates who have been terminated or dismissed from any government or non-government position due to disciplinary action, moral misconduct, or offenses are not eligible to apply. Concealment of facts or submission of forged documents or experience certificates will lead to immediate dismissal from the position, along with legal and disciplinary consequences. Quota for (Disabled, minorities and women) reserved as per rules/policy, Successful candidates will be posted on fixed term basis for one-year period at Provincial drug testing Laboratory only. Selections will be at the sole discretion of the Selection Committee, which will reserve the right to cancel interview at any stage without providing any reasons while Health Department. Contractual tenure may be extended based on a satisfactory certificate issued by the concern.
