JOB ADVERTISEMENT
A Public Sector Company is looking for experienced and qualified human resource to fill the following positions for a period of three years contract (extendable).
1: General Manager (01 Position) (Age Limit 57 Years)
- Education: At least sixteen (16) years of education (Master's degree or equivalent) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) in any of the following disciplines: Engineering (Civil / Environmental / Mechanical), Economics, Finance, Business Administration & Management Sciences, Commerce, or Social Sciences (Public Administration / Public Policy or any other relevant discipline related to management and public utilities).
- Experience: Over 20 years of experience. At least 15 years of relevant experience. Prior working experience at executive or senior management level in areas such as financial management, revenue generation and cost recovery systems, institutional management, public sector organizations or corporate entities, infrastructure, municipal services, or utilities management. Good working knowledge of Civic, ICT Technologies & Excellent communications skills.
2: Assistant Manager Customer Relations: (01 Position) (Age Limit 45 Years)
- Education: At least 16 Sixteen years Masters' in Business Administration OR Masters in Consumer Studies OR Masters in Hospitality Management OR Bachelors in Business Administration (04 Years Degree).
- Experience: At least 03 years of proven professional experience in Customer Relations / Complaint Management and Front Desk Management of any public utility OR corporate entity OR cellular company. At least 1.5 years of relevant experience. Must have a working knowledge and be current with all relevant customer Relation and customer management practices. Proven prior working experience in customer Relation section of any cellular company, utility company or other service providers.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The selection process shall be completed subject to the issuance of NOC/concurrence by the Finance Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Applicants are required to clearly mention the name of the applied position on the envelope.
- Organization Policy shall be followed for the recruitment against the above posts.
- Candidature shall stand cancelled at any stage if any information or document provided by the candidate is found fake/misleading.

- In case of any ambiguity, dispute, or issue arising at any stage of the recruitment process including but not limited to screening, evaluation, shortlisting, testing, or interviews, the final decision-making authority shall vest with the Board of Directors & HR Internal Committee of Organization, whose decision shall be considered final and binding on all candidates.
- The final selection, evaluation, merit determination, and shortlisting of candidates shall be carried out strictly in accordance with Organization HR Manual, applicable rules/policies, and directions of the HR Internal Committee of Organization and Board of Directors.
- Applications received after due date or incomplete in any respect shall not be entertained.
- Candidates shall send their CNIC, Domicile certificate, educational documents and experience certificates along with the application to PO Box 01, GPO Mardan through courier/post office within 15 days from the date of advertisement.
- By hand submission is not allowed.
- Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for test and interview.
