Job Announcement

A Public Sector Company established by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is seeking to fill the vacant position of Manager HR & Administration, based on the following qualifications and experience:

1: Qualification:

• Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
• Alternatively, sixteen (16) years of education in Business Administration or Commerce.

2: Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a general career setting.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Administration within a public, private, or corporate sector entity.
• Must possess a thorough understanding of all relevant employment-related laws.
• Prior experience in international, public, private, or corporate sectors is required.
• Strong knowledge of ICT technologies.
• Demonstrable team player skills and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and comprehension skills.
• Proficiency in Urdu, including written, spoken, and comprehension skills.

3: Age Limit:

• The maximum age limit is 45 years at the time of the advertisement's closing date.

Salary/Remuneration:

• Salary will be determined as per company policy for the selected candidate.
