TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, they will be disqualified.
- All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. Before applying/depositing the fee for any post, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and get their CNIC number verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without this verification, they will not be able to apply.
- Candidates must possess a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts.
- Screening of candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.
- Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date for receipt of applications.
- Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing government rules.
- Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
- Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
- Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all relevant documents shall be produced at the time of the interview.
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies.
13ueserves the right to cancel/reject any application while mentioning a valid reason.
- Unclaimed qualifications or degrees acquired after the last date of advertisement will not be accepted.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
- In the case of foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
- Applications from candidates who do not provide correct information while filling the online application form will not only be rejected but may also face strict action.
- Errors/omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
HOW TO APPLY:
- Interested candidates should first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
- After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, project code, and candidate's personal information) will be generated.
- Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through the Easypaisa app, Agent Jazz Cash app, or at any branch of UBL Bank via UBL OMNI agent.
- After successful fee submission, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank's stamp and do not share it with anyone.
- After applying online, do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies of testimonials/documents will be provided by candidates who qualify for the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
- The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from April 22, 2025.
- The last date for submission of the online application is May 20, 2025.
- Candidates will be informed by SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to provide ported/converted mobile numbers.
- The test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
- No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal/courier means.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the whole process without assigning any reason.
