POSITION VACANT

An emerging public sector institution of Higher Education operating under a Trust is seeking dynamic leaders for the following roles:

1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

No. of Posts: 1
Age: 50–60 years
Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher from a reputable university.
Experience:
- At least 20 years of progressive professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior executive or leadership role (academia, public admin, corporate, non-profit, or international development).
- Proven record in strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.

2. Trust Secretary

No. of Posts: 1
Age: Minimum 35 years
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Admin, Finance, or Commerce; OR
- Law graduate; OR
- Member of a professional accounting body (ICAP, ACCA, etc.); OR
- Member of a corporate/chartered secretary body (ICSP, ICSA).
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in the relevant field.
- Preferably similar experience in a trust or registered company.

General Instructions
