Job Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria

• 1. Director Operations (1 Post | Up to 55 years)
  • Masters in Management Sciences, Business or Public Administration, Public Health, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized institute.
  • At least 12 years of work experience in public/private organizations, including at least 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in healthcare financing and Human Resource Management is preferred.
  • Certification in human resource and procurement from a local or international university/institution is an added advantage.

• 2. Director Quality Assurance (1 Post | Up to 55 years)
  • MBBS/BDS with Masters in Public Health (MPH), Masters in Health Policy & Management (HPM), Master in Health Economics, or any other equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized institute.
  • At least 12 years of working experience in public/private health sector.
  • Work experience in Healthcare Financing, Health Insurance, and Quality Management in the Health Sector is preferred.
  • Publications and presentation of papers/attendance at National and International conferences and seminars in the relevant field will be given preference.

• 3. Director Finance (1 Post | Up to 55 years)
  • CA/ACCA/ICMA or MBA (Finance)/MS in Finance.
  • At least 12 years of post-qualification experience in audit, accounts, and financial management.
  • Hands-on experience in financial management including preparation of annual budget, re-appropriation proposal, reconciliation statements, statement of accounts, balance sheets, depreciation analysis, and audit.
  • Experience of working with rules and procedures of Accountant General and Auditor General of Pakistan.

• 4. Manager Advocacy & Communication (1 Post | Up to 45 years)
  • Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Sociology, or any other related field from a recognized university by HEC.
  • At least 8 years' experience in designing and implementing advocacy and awareness campaigns in public and/or private sector projects.

• 5. Manager Contracts and Legal (1 Post | Up to 45 years)
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or related field from a university recognized by HEC.
  • At least 8 years' experience in negotiating, drafting, and contract management in any public/private organization.

• 6. Manager Quality Assurance (1 Post | Up to 45 years)
  • MBBS/BDS with Masters in Public Health (MPH), Masters in Health Policy & Management (HPM), Master in Health Economics, or any other equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized institute.

  • Should have research background in healthcare financing/insurance/empanelment and quality, and Publications in HEC/PMDC recognized Journal(s).

  • Master's degree in computer sciences, information technology, systems engineering, or related discipline from an HEC recognized Institution/University.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, especially professional experience in MIS/Networking/IT.

• 8. Manager M&E (1 Post | Up to 45 years)
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management Sciences, Social Sciences, public health, or any other related field).
  • At least 8 years' experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, preferably in healthcare or development programs.
  • Work experience in Healthcare Financing/Health Insurance will be preferred.

• 9. Manager Analytics (1 Post | Up to 45 years)
  • Masters in Management Sciences/Business Administration/Public Health/Statistics/Data Science/Computer Science or any other equivalent qualification from a HEC recognized institute.
  • At least 8 years' experience in Analytics, Monitoring, and Evaluation, preferably in Social Sector.
  • Work experience in Healthcare Financing/Health Insurance will be preferred.

• 10. Quality Assurance Officer (03 Posts | Up to 40 years)
  • MBBS/BDS or graduate in Allied Medical Sciences, along with Masters in Public Health or Health Planning & Policy from a PMDC/HEC recognized institute.
  • At least 03 years' related experience in the humanitarian sector with a focus on health and research.
  • Preference will be given to medical graduates and those with additional qualification/training in Health Care Financing and/or experience in healthcare financing.
  • Publications and presentation of papers/attendance at national and international conferences and seminars in the relevant field will be a plus point.

• 11. Admin and Procurement Officer (01 Post | Up to 40 years)
  • Masters Degree from an HEC recognized institution/university.
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience, with a verifiable track record in the public sector in the area of administration.

• 12. Account Officer (01 Post | Up to 40 years)
  • At least Master's degree in business administration (Finance)/Commerce/Accounts/Audit/Accounting & Finance or any other related discipline from an HEC recognized institution/university.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good communication and report writing skills and understanding of the financing and accounting procedures and rules.
  • At least Three years' relevant experience.

• 13. Field Monitoring Officer (03 Posts | Up to 40 years)
  • Graduate from HEC recognized University.
  • At least 3 years' related experience in the public/private sector.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having worked in health sector/health insurance.

  • BA/B.Sc or equivalent qualification.

• 19. Helpline Officers (04 Posts | Up to 40 years)
  • At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing, computer science/Telecom Technology/Engineering, or any other relevant qualification from HEC recognized Department/Institution.
  • Technical expertise regarding complaints management, marketing, clients liaison, consumer services provision, and social media/android based campaign management.
  • At least 3 Years Relevant experience.

• 20. Telephone Operator (01 Post | Up to 35 years)
  • At least FA/FSc or equivalent from recognized board.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or telecommunication role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with telephone systems and call routing, good communication skills.

Terms & Conditions

• Candidates applying for posts at Sr. No. 04 to 20 will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA test based on the credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out after the test by the appointing authority. If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified.

• All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile, candidates will apply online for any post; such candidates will have to print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.

• Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.

• Interview letters will be issued to short-listed candidates only.

• Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of applications, otherwise, applications received after due dates will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or application submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.

• Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.

• For posts at Sr. No. 04 to 20, candidates shall submit their applications through the online portal of ETEA. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.

• After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.
