Minimum Bachelor's (4-year) or Master's degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university in any of the disciplines i.e. Public Policy, Development Studies, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent academic performance.

Miscellaneous Information:
- Internship Duration: The duration of the internship is six months (extendable up to further 06 months based on performance and requirement). Participating interns are required to work full-time during office hours.
- Selection Method: Selection will be made on merit, competency and relevance to the TOR.
- Monthly Stipend: Selected candidates will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 30,000/- per month.
- All positions are based in Quetta. Organization has the right to defer and cancel the recruitment process of any position, at any stage, without assigning any reason.
