Director/ Specialist Procurement |
Qualification:
16 years of education (Master's/BS or equivalent) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, Statistics or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Procurement certification (CIPS/CSCP) will be an advantage.

Experience:
5–8 years of proven experience in public sector procurement only, preferably in Government, Autonomous Bodies or donor-funded projects.
Age: 30 to 45.
Requirements of Position:
• Sound knowledge of BPPRA Rules and public procurement WB and ADB Procurement Rules.
• Ability to lead procurement committees and manage the complete procurement cycle for goods, works, consulting and non-consulting services.
• Experience in preparing Procurement Plans, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, bidding documents, evaluation reports, and contract agreements.
• Strong analytical, report writing, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and e-Procurement systems. |
