| Optical Transport Network (OTN) System Engineer | * 2-3 yrs experience in OTN/DWDM Network Operations.
- Oversee the O&M of OTN system
- Provide technical support for the OTN/DWDM network installation, commissioning and PAT
- Offer engineering support during OTN NW element installation.
- Maintain technical documentation and databases for the OTN network.
- Develop SOP for maint teams.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies.
- Recommend improvements for OTN NW optimization and work efficiencies.
- Coordinate vendor and stakeholder activities for OTN NW optimization.
- Handle DCN and synchronization planning.
- Manage NW Management Systems focusing on FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Account, Performance, and Security Management) functions.
- Manage traffic and configure OTN services as per NW needs. | 1 | BE/BS/MSc (Electrical/Telecom/Computer) from HEC recognized university or equivalent | 50 Yrs |
