Job Requirements:
For each of the Member positions (Agriculture, Pharma, and Food), the requirements include:
- Education:
- Member Agriculture: PhD in Genetics, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Horticulture, Soil Science, Analytical Chemistry, or Plant Physiology from a Higher Education Commission of Pakistan recognized university/institute.
- Member Pharma: PhD in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, or Analytical Chemistry from a Higher Education Commission of Pakistan recognized university/institute.
- Member Food: PhD in Human Nutrition, Animal Nutrition, Food Safety & Controls, Food Quality Management, Food Science & Technology, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, Meat Technology, or Analytical Chemistry from a Higher Education Commission of Pakistan recognized university/institute.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years post-PhD experience in research, teaching, and/or lab management in the public or private sector, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Publications: Minimum 15 publications in reputable international journals.
- Skills: Knowledge/training of Good Lab Practices (GLP)/ISO 17025 is mandatory.
Additional Information:
- Interested candidates must submit a detailed curriculum vitae along with copies of qualifications, experience certificates, salary slips, and CNIC.
- The initial contract is for three years, extendable based on performance and organizational needs.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test/interview.
- No travel allowance or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for the test/interview.
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Pakistan, regardless of nationality.
