Position:
Project Title:
Isolation and Characterization of multi-drug resistant (MDR)/Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamase (ESBL) producing Escherichia coli (E. coli) in cattle and Buffalo suffering from mastitis in Punjab and formulating antibiotic panels to reduce economic losses of the livestock farmers.
Qualification:
M. Phil/M. Sc (Hons) in Veterinary Microbiology with no 3rd division in the academic career from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
Stipend:
75,000/- PM (with a 7% annual increment, contract extendable up to 02 years).
Preference:
Candidates with experience in bacterial isolation, culturing & identification, molecular characterization of isolated bacteria & antimicrobial sensitivity testing will be preferred.
