HIRING OF CONSULTANTS (PATHOLOGY & HISTOLOGY)
Punjab Forensic Science Agency, Home Department requires services of Sr. Consultant (Pathology & Histology) & Consultant (Pathology & Histology) for a period of one (01) year. The Agency now invites the eligible individuals ("Consultants") to indicate their expression of interest in provision of services. Interested consultants having registration of, Income tax & PRA should provide the information demonstrating that they have the requisite capacity, qualifications and relevant experience to perform the requisite services. i. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council or Pakistan Medical Commission and registered with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council or Pakistan Medical Commission; <br> ii. postgraduate level III qualification of Ph.D or FCPS or MRC (Pathology or Histopathology or Microbiology) or equivalent qualification from Diplomate American Board (Pathology or Histopathology or Microbiology); and <br> iii. six years' experience in Forensic Pathology/Histopathology Laboratory. <br> OR <br> i. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council or Pakistan Medical Commission and registered with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council or Pakistan Medical Commission; <br> ii. postgraduate level II qualification i.e. M Phil (Pathology or Histopathology or Microbiology) or any equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council or Pakistan Medical Commission or equivalent qualification from Diplomate American Board (Pathology or Histopathology or Microbiology); and <br> iii. eight years' experience in Forensic Pathology/Histopathology Laboratory. |

i. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council or Pakistan Medical Commission and registered with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council or Pakistan Medical Commission; <br> ii. postgraduate level II qualification i.e. M Phil (Pathology or Histopathology or Microbiology) or any equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council or Pakistan Medical Commission or equivalent qualification from Diplomate American Board (Pathology or Histopathology or Microbiology); and <br> iii. Four years' experience in a reputable Pathology or Histopathology or microbiology Laboratory. Preference will be given to those having hands on experience in a reputable Forensic Laboratory. |
Please note that said procurement of consultancy shall be carried out through EPADS of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority only. All interested individuals are required to register on EPADS to be eligible for participation. TORS containing detailed requirements, terms & conditions is available for the registered individual consultants on EPADS at , Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority.
The Expression of Interests (EOIs) prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Advertisement, must be submitted on EPADS on or before 16-03-2026, no later than 1200 hours. Expression of Interests (EOI) will be opened on the same day on EPADS at 1200 hours. Manual submission of Expression of interest shall not be accepted.
In case the last date for submission of the proposal submission is declared a public holiday then the next working day will be considered for proposal submission and opening.
PFSA management may reject all EOI proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a proposal, as provided under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
