Security Supervisor: Retired/Civilian from the rank of former Subedar, Naib Subedar, and also a licensed weapon holder.
Security Guards: Former military/experienced guards, preferably those with personal weapons, brave young men without weapons + motorcycle.
Age & Duty: 30 to 50 years old, height at least 5 feet 6 inches, 12 hours duty.
