Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company (PIEDMC) is incorporated as a not-for-profit organization under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act 2017) by the Government of Punjab. PIEDMC is mandated to achieve orderly, planned and rapid industrialization in the province of the Punjab by developing a chain of new industrial estates and up-gradation of existing ones.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates against the following posts:
SENIOR ENGINEER (GAS):
Qualification:
BSc (Chemical/Mechanical Engineering) (16 years of education from HEC recognized university. Additional qualifications shall have added advantage and must have a valid PEC certificate.
Experience:
Minimum 08 years of proven experience in case of 16 years of education. Minimum 06 years of proven experience in case of 18 years of education specially masters in renewal energy/energy engineering. Must possess experience of downstream Gas Industries specifically experience of gas distribution activities (Industry), EVC data analysis, CP Protection, Corrosion Control, AGLR, UGLD, designing of internal network and House lines of industrial consumers, MIRs reading, witnessing of Meters flow proofing, operations and components of CMS and must be well conversant with ASME B. 31.8, API-1102, API-1104, API-SL, ANSI 109.1, 109.2, 109.3, AGA-8, OGRA Third Party Access Arrangement Rules, 2018., Pakistan Gas Network Code and other applicable standards being followed in the gas distribution companies.
Soft Skills:
Having Excellent Skills in MS (Office) Word, Excel & Power Point.
Age:
Minimum 30 years
SUB-ENGINEER (GAS):
Qualification:
DAE (Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical) from TEVTA Recognized Institute.
Experience:
Minimum 05 Years of Proven Experience in downstream Gas Industries. Must have full grip on industrial gas distribution regulated activities, maintenance and operations of industrial CMSs. The experience of data downloading from EVCS, MIRS reading, flow proofing of meter and CP protection shall have additional advantages to the candidates.
Soft Skills:
Having Excellent Skills in MS (Office) Word, Excel & Power Point.
Age:
Minimum 24 years
OFFICE BOY:
Qualification:
Middle Preferably Matriculation.
Experience:
Minimum 01 year of experience in relevant field.

Qualification:

TECHNICIAN (GAS):

Experience:
Minimum 15 Years of Proven Experience in downstream Gas Industries as a Fitter/Fabricator/welder in SNGPL/SSGCL and must have hands on knowledge of industrial gas distribution regulated activities, welding of high pressure gas pipes and components of CMS.
