How to Apply?
TERMS & CONDITIONS:-
1. Only candidates having CNIC & Domicile of Punjab Districts are eligible to apply.
2. Age relaxation in the upper age limit will be admissible under the rules.
3. Appointment will be made purely on merit on initially for the period of 03 Year on Contract Basis which
will be liable to termination on account of absence / unsatisfactory performance without assigning any
reason.
4. The appointment on Contract basis will be posts specific & shall be non-transferable, any request of
transfer will lead to immediate termination of service of the employee concerned.
5. Variations in the number of vacancies may occur the competent authority reserves the right to fill up the
post as per requirements and even cancel the requirement process.
6. All prescribed reserved quotas 3% for the disable, 5% for minorities and 15% for women shall be
observed.
7. The Disable Candidates must produce their Valid Certificate of Disability for the Job.
8. Recruitment shall be made as per Government Recruitment Rules/Policy.
9. Application can be sent on plain paper alongwith attested documents Le. Matriculation Certificate, F.Sc
MLT Certificate, Experience Certificates, CNIC, Domicile and 04 passport size photographs.
10. The Candidate must produce all Original Documents at the time of Interview.
11. The Candidates possessing Higher Qualification ie. B.Sc. MLT (especially in Transfusion Medicine) and
Blood Banking will be preferred.
12. The Persons already working in the Govt. Institutes should apply through Proper Channel with the NOC
issued by their Serving Department.
13. In complete application will not be entertained and no separate intimation for interview will be issued.
14. The Decision of the Department on all matters concerning Recruitment including eligibility short listing/
selection criteria will be Final.
1 The Candidates are required to Apply for the Post through National Testing Services Portal with 15 Days
after the Publication of Advertisement and submit their duly filled in application forms along with to sets of
attested photocopies of all relevant academic certificate/Degrees/Diplomas/valid registration certificate
/other relevant documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, experience certificate (if any) and 4 passport size
photographs to NTS. Last Date for submission of Application is 31-12-2024.
3 The Candidates must apply online by Visiting National Testing Service Website www.nts.org.pk and
Candidates are advised to Visit the NTS Official Site for Updates
4 The Date of Written Test will be communicated to the Eligible/ Shortlisted Candidates only through NTS and their Roll Number Slips will be uploaded on the relevant portal of the NTS Website.
5 The Shortlisted Candidates after passing NTS will be called for Interview and informed accordingly.
6 All candidates should bring their original documents at the time of interview.
7 The list of selected candidate will be displayed.
The selected candidate will also be intimated vide postaladdress given by them on an empty envelop.
8 Those selected will have to serve in any attached Blood Unit across the province and in any shift
9 No TA/DA is admissible.
