How to Apply?
- Loan 3562-PAK: Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program (PICIIP) 1. The Government of Punjab has received a Loan from Asian Development Bank (ADB) for Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program (PICIIP).
- The Local Government and Community Development Department (LG&CDD) of Punjab will be the Executing Agency (EA) while the District Governments of Sahiwal and Sialkot will be the Implementation Agency (IA).
- The PMU, PICIIP, LG&CD Department has already been established to provide guidance and oversight of the overall implementation and performance of the project.
- 2. The PMU, PICIIP requires the services of a Municipal Finance Specialist on an intermittent basis and hereby invites the Expression of Interest (EOI) from experts with relevant qualifications and experience.
- The aforesaid Consultant will be recruited using "ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by ADB and its Borrowers (2013, as amended from time to time).
- 3. The EOI must be submitted online via the ADB's Consultant Management System (CMS).
- The EOI must be submitted using the online template in CMS no later than 04 December 2023. Access to the online Request for Expression of Interest and terms of reference (TORS) may be reached through the link to Consultant Services Recruitment Notices (CSRN) available at www.adb.org/site/business- opportunities/operational-procurement/consulting.
- An Individual wishing to submit an EOI must be registered with the CMS which is accessible at http://cms.adb.org.
