Position Available - Design & Supervision Specialist

Positions

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline) from HEC-recognized institution

Experience

Minimum 15 years of professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, or municipal services projects. Specific Experience: Minimum 10 years demonstrated expertise in design, planning and implementation of water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment systems; preparation and review of feasibility studies, detailed engineering designs, drawings, specifications, BOQs and cost estimates; application of innovative technologies in water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment; planning and management of public-sector infrastructure projects and coordination with government departments, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders; preparation and review of PC-Is, technical reports, project proposals and donor-funded project documentation; construction supervision, quality assurance/quality control, contract administration, measurement and certification of works.

Pay Scale

Market-driven, commensurate with experience and qualifications
