Qualification/Experience

Option 1:
- B.E. (Civil), preferably in first class or equivalent qualification.
- 13 years of professional cum administrative experience in supervision of construction of buildings, roads, water supply, sanitary installation, and related works.
- Experience should be in a position equivalent to BPS-17 or above in the Project Directorate of Engineering Department of an autonomous organization/firm of repute, government organization, or university.
- Experience in procurement in a reputable institution/organization is considered an added qualification.

Option 2:
- Ph.D./M.E. or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university.
- 10 years of professional-cum-administrative experience in the supervision of construction of buildings, roads, water supply, sanitary installation, and related works.
- Experience should be in a position equivalent to BPS-17 or above in the Project Directorate of Engineering Department of an autonomous organization/firm of repute, government organization, or university.
- Experience in procurement in a reputable institution/organization is considered an added qualification.
