INSTRUCTIONS:
- Applicants working in Government/Semi Government Organizations/Corporations and Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel with N.OC from the employer.
- Applicant for the positions of Assistant Professors are required to submit three copies of the applications/dossiers duly bind along-with a soft copy of dossier in PDF form on the prescribed proforma along with attested documents (i) degrees/certificates (ii) experience certificates (iii) CNIC (iv) domicile (v) two (02) recent photographs, with a Pay Order, Bank Draft or paid Challan for Rs. 2,000/- for each Position drawn in favour of Director, National Institute of Intelligence and Security Studies, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. Applications by Pakistani nationals from abroad may be sent along with US $100 as application fee.
- All the applications should reach the office of the Acting Director, National Institute of Intelligence and Security Studies, QAU, Islamabad within 15 days from the date of this advertisement.
- Applications incomplete in any regard will not be entertained at the time of interview.
- Applications may also be sent by email at niiss@qau.edu.pk with scanned testimonials commitment and may send testimonials by post along with hard copy of application.
- The selected candidates will be governed by the institute Service Statutes and rules/regulation from time to time.
- The Selection Board reserves the right to offer a special package in addition to basic pay scale.
- The institute reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions, not to fill any position/withhold the appointment against any advertised position or to accept/re-ject any application without assigning any reason.
- Applications that are incomplete (in any case) or received after the due date shall not be entertained by any means.
- The candidates must enlist the attached documents with signatures.
- Only eligible candidates will have to undergo the screening process of Lecture/Seminar and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews before Selection Board of the NIISS.
