Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) invites applications from dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Director Finance, Accounts & Control.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelors / Masters in Finance, CA/ACA/ACCA with minimum 12 Years of recognized experience in Revenue Management, Accounts & Finance, Strategic Budgeting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury & Cash Flow Management, Financial Reporting, Financial Governance, Risk Management, and leading financial operations to support large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects. Previous experience with Development Authority will be preferred.
Areas of Knowledge & Responsibility
- Direct and oversee all financial controls and accountancy operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting and management.
- Provides leadership for financial transactions, advisory, accountancy, book keeping, and related record management, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee accountancy policies for revenue and expense recognition, asset management, liability discharge, and equity management, ensuring comprehensive financial governance.
- Develop comprehensive annual budget and financial forecasts aligned with Authority's goals and strategic priorities.
- Provides budget analysis and recommendations to management in the approval and implementation of annual budget.
- Manages the external audit process, maintaining effective relationships with external auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Responsible for statutory accounts reporting and submission, ensuring timely and accurate annual, half-yearly, quarterly, and monthly financial statements to regulatory authorities.
- Develops and manages robust system-embedded financial controls, facilitating efficient and compliant financial operations.
- Provides budget analysis and recommendations to support management in the approval and implementation of annual budgets.
- Establishes and monitors internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
- Conducts regular financial health assessments, providing recommendations for financial improvement and efficiency.
- Leads automation, integration, and development of E2E financial systems and processes, ensuring seamless and efficient financial operations.
- Oversee revenue stream management and expense transactions, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper book keeping and controls.

Nature of Employment
The selected candidate shall be appointed for a term of three (03) Years contract (extendable).
