Qualifications
Licensed Advocate of the High Court / Supreme Court of Pakistan; preference given to candidates with substantial experience in criminal litigation and constitutional litigation, particularly before CNS Courts, High Court, and Supreme Court of Pakistan; experience in Anti-Money Laundering, financial crimes, financial investigation, freezing, attachment, forfeiture and related proceedings preferred; experience in cases under the Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997 (as amended) and the Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2010 (as amended) shall be an added advantage
