Eligibility Criteria (Qualification/Experience): MBA/MPA Master in Social Sciences/Civil Engineer/Computer Science/Agriculture/Disaster Management/ Rural Development / Urban Development of equivalent qualification.
Demonstrated computer skill (proficiency in using computer desktop application MS office
(word, excel and PowerPoint).
Should have at least experience of 03 years in Disaster Management.
Should have experience of at least 5 years in the relevant field in any public/private sector/ NGOs development projects.
Should have adequate knowledge of mutli-hazard vulnerability risk assessment and disaster risk reduction technique, must have strong communication skills, be able to articulate solutions, and be comfortable participating on a team that may challenge those solutions.
Skilled at active listening and capable of facilitation discussions.
Should have at least 10 years experience of Provincial or District Govt. or public sector.
Should have experience of handling field surveys/FGDs.
