Appointments shall be made, on contract basis, under "The Contract Appointment Policy. 2004" initially for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance. Complete application alongwith attested copies of all educational certificates (like Matric, F.Sc. etc)/ degrees / diplomas, copy of domicile, valid CNIC, work experience certificates (if any) and 02 latest passport size photographs must be submitted in the office of Medical Superintendent Sardar Fateh Muhammad Khan Buzdar Institute of Cardiology D.G.Khan
In case of 'O' Level & 'A' Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted. Applicants must present original documents at the time of interview.
Age relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt of the Punjab, S&GAD Notification & Recruitment Policy 2022
Recruitment shall be made strictly on merit in accordance with the Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 (as amended).

Evaluation of the candidates shall be done as per the "Selection Criteria for Appointment" as stipulated in the Recruitment Policy, 2004 of the
Government of the Punjab (as amended) contract recruitment policy 2022 Furthermore, Selection Committees may devise some written/ Practical tests for evaluation of candidates for any particular post to evaluate their capabilities as part of the "Interview" and assign marks accordingly.
16) Interview of the candidates for the above mentioned posts shall be held in the office of Medical Superintendent, Sardar Fateh Muhammad Khan Buzdar Institute of Cardiology D.G. Khan at 10:00 AM. The details are as under: -
i. Interviews/Shorthand & Typing Test for the posts at Sr. No.1&5, shall be held on 30.10.2023.
ii. Interviews/Typing Test for the posts at Sr. No.6&7 shall be held on 31.10.2023.
iii. Interviews for the posts at Sr. No. 2,3 &4 shall be held on 01.11.2023. iv. Interviews for the posts at Sr. No. 8&16 shall be held on 02.11.2023.
v. Interviews for the posts at Sr. No. 9,10&11 shall be held on 03.11.2023. vi. Interviews for the posts at Sr. No. 12,13 & 14 shall be held on 04.11.2023. vii. Interviews for the posts at Sr. No. 15,17, 21&22 shall be held on 06.11.2023. viii. Interviews for the posts at Sr. No. 18,19 & 20 shall be held on 07.11.2023.
Note: Appointment orders will be issued subject to concurrence of Election Commissioner of Pakistan.
