Qualifications
At least a Master's Degree / 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university/institution in Education, Educational Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy or any other relevant discipline. Higher qualification in a relevant field shall be given due weightage during the selection process.
Experience
At least 15 years of post-qualification professional experience, preferably in education, public-sector management, development sector, institutional governance, program/project management or a related field. At least five (05) years experience at a senior management/leadership level in Government, autonomous/semi-autonomous organization, public-sector entity, reputable private organization or development sector institution. Demonstrable experience in institutional management, strategic planning, financial management, human resource management, governance, monitoring and evaluation, and implementation of large-scale programs shall be preferred.
