Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent qualification, representing at least sixteen (16) years of education, from an HEC-recognized university in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, Education Planning, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or any other discipline relevant to the assignment. Relevant professional qualification or certification in project management, procurement, financial management, public policy, or development administration shall be considered an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum ten (10) years of relevant post-qualification professional experience, of which at least five (5) years shall have been in a senior management, leadership, or project-management role. Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing programmes involving multidisciplinary teams, multiple stakeholders, and significant financial or procurement responsibilities. Experience in project planning, budgeting, procurement, contract management, monitoring, reporting, performance management and stakeholder coordination, including linking implementation to approved annual work plans and measurable results. Experience of working with Government institutions and development partners is required. Experience in managing development partner-funded projects shall be considered a strong advantage, while experience in the education sector and knowledge of Balochistan's institutional and operational context shall be desirable.
