TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Maximum age limit is 20-28 years including all relaxations on closing date of applications forms. (Relaxation in upper age limit will be given according to the rules/policy of GB Government)
2. Female candidates can apply for the positions available at Girls Schools/Female candidates Schools only. Male candidates can apply for the positions available at all Schools. Candidates are required to apply for the positions of their respective Tehsil/UC and Areas only.
3. Candidates of respective Hard Area should produce permanent domicile of the area and certificate of residence duly verified by the concerned Assistant Commissioner on stamp paper that will be considered as final.
4. Professional Certificates of only recognized board/university and accepted by the department will be entertained.
5. Original documents with verified copies (verification must be obtained from concerned board/university stamp) checked at the time of test/interview.
6. Female candidates should be the resident of the area where the post exits and mentioned in the Column No.07 of advertisement. Male candidate applied for the post of PS should have domicile of their respective tehsil.
7. In case of non-availability of suitable candidates from the UC/Hard Area/Tehsil, candidates from the district will be considered.
8. Appointment letter will be issued by respective Divisional Director that will not support for any future regular, contract and contingent appointment at all.
9. Applicants must be physically and mentally fit and terminable without assigning any reason thereof.
10. Disabled person allocated reserved subject to provision of medical certificate from Medical Assessment Board of DHQ Hospital of respective Districts, on merit basis.
11. No TA/DA admissible for test/interview.
12. Marks Distribution will be as under: 70% Test Marks, 15% for Academic Marks and 15% Interview.
13. For distribution of Academic Marks visit the offices of concerned Divisional Directors.
